confidence is key
and if you go into the jump full of confidence and still mess up, dont let it get to you...
the next part is to keep it cool,
dont get angry or embarrassed or all dampered, its a 'you know, whatever, i can do better, that sucked but this time ill get it' moment
i like to take a breather after a bail, go to the side out of the way and just sit down for a little till i relax
after that its determination,
just keep trying, you dont need to try extra hard and push yourself, that puts stress on, put effort in and work for the trick but thats your body working, your head should be on your shoulders straight already knowing how things are going to go down
that said, some days will be shitty nevertheless, dont bring yourself down
