You're not going to get made fun of for wearing it. So if in your mind it looks good then rock it.

Personally I wouldn't wear a single colour because there's so much creativity in choosing a good combo that less people are likely to have and suits your style. With one colour the fun in picking is gone, but if it looks good to you then wear it anyways.

b) i wear tall tees, but i dont ask what size i should get, or if its "cool" to wear them. i am tall, i wear tall tees. what a coincidence.

i wear all orange,  dark jacket light pants and it feels pretty cool when i actually ski well or do something impressive.
but when i fall at the top of a busy run doing a 180 it feels uncool lol

anyways,,  im in the pursuit of becoming less self conscious so hopefully ill fall and be proud in the future    aha

Man, I was just joking around because alot of people are really into style fads. If you really want to know what I wear : I have some smith goggles, not oakleys, I got my ski pants at goodwill for $5, I don't own a single "tall" or XL piece of clothing, but I do occasionally wear a bandanna over my face when its really cold and windy. I don't have a problem with baggy outerwear or crowbars or anything, I just care more about having fun and staying warm.
I never said anything bad about those brands, I was just poking fun at a stereotype.

The guy is asking opinions on a VERY general thing on something thats not done that much, what's wrong with that?  Its not like he's asking what size, brand or colors to get to look cool.  But I guess you can't care about your skiing skills AND be aware of your clothing at the same time, right?

When you wear something bold like that it will draw attention to you, if you want that, rock the yellow suit.  If not, i might choose something different.

Personally, i'd go for it. When i know people are watching i'm more inclined to push myself.

Well I just checked this thread and alot has gone on in it haha.  I appreciate all of the advice.  I am trying to not care what people think, but everyone knows it is hard to completely not care because after all, who doesn't want to be liked?  I just wanted some opinions in general about feelings towards one color suits, and I definitely found what I was looking for.

I'm not worried about my friends who I ski with... I'm just worried that new people won't want to ski with me because I seem like a poser or something.  Oh well I guess I just need to stop caring about rs and get over myself.

I would definatley get some awesome color stuff, but really, i look at it like, "you ski how you feel" so if you feel good about what your wearing, your going to ski good... as far as one color suits, i think they look pretty dope.
