Stop turning every US Olympic athlete into the main character of an over dramatized made for TV thriller. Stream the world feed, not just the events Americans are competing in. Shut the fuck up during the events, the commentating is terrible. That is all.

the visa adds are ok because I enjoy listening to morgan freeman talk. if nbc needs to have commentating durring the events, at least have mr.freeman do it

Pretty sure it's blocked in the USA. Have there actually been any legitimate stories in this Olympics besides the Joannie Rochette thing? I guess the US win over Canada was one, and last night's CAN-RUS game. Manufactured drama, gotta love it.

No I dont think they read newschoolers, BUUUT they do read Rowans personal blog, because in case you didn't know, Rowan is the God of the internet, and is the coolest kid on MANY PROMINENT intraweb forums. So yes, NBC does pay attention.

The coverage is pretty awful too. I think america is the only country you can't watch them live. Kids can't even watch any of it really since it doesn't start till 8, and doesn't get through the bullshit till about 8:30.

Then the fact that after every minute race down the hill it's another 5 min commercial break. And 50 percent of the competitions seem to be figure skating.

I've just been watching the early morning reruns flipping to survivorman on breaks.

CTV was shit at the beginning of the games but they listened and have changed now.
Actually mentioning the other events and saying there on other channels. And introduced a ticker at the bottom of the screen in some cases to keep you updated.
