This little shit hole place in the city I live in (New Britain, CT) has bangin' poutine. I was eating poutine there once late at night and i witnessed somebody get shot. I never went back there after that.

everytime i go mountain biking i eat a bigass plate of poutine for lunch. because nothing goes better with mountain biking than some poutine. on the real.

i don't get how those little fat kids can come into the day lodge, have a massive poutine for lunch and continue their day of skiing. I know that every time I attempt to eat a poutine for lunch it ends my day.

I had poutine at a McDonalds in Canada after a looooong night of drinking and it was so fucking bad ass. It blew my mind that they even made it in McDonalds.

poutine seems like such an american dish, it is fatty, filled with calories, and delicious. Maybe we should fry it again, then we can have a version thats ours.

Also my favourite poutine experience was a a place called restaurant in Quebec some where

a restaurant here in Rossland sells a poutine like concoction involving goat cheese and a curry like sauce. it's pretty delicious actually.

in portland oregon; on the corner of 12th and se hawthorne blvd thers a food cart block and there amongest vegan eaterys a pizzaria a crepery(sp-) there is a cart called "belgen fries" now they sereve up many a fri option.. but the breakfast poutine which i just discoverd ., is frys sage sasuge gravy.  tillamook cheese curds(the og squeky cheese) a poached egg and bacon and onion and garlic.. I am not the biggest fan of the standerd poutine. but this local varity has a vote for me. and they have alot of variations of it.. so if your every in portland (not maine silly) venture down in the south east. and get your grub on.

i think if you subsatuted fryes for either curly frys or dare i say TOTS.. omg.... or double dare ONION RINGS POUTINE>>. omg. or just all three . the trifecta poutine

there is a place down the street that sells TACHOS.... yes tater tots coverd in Nacho dressiing.. cheese sour creme Jalipinos(sP)  onions chickin ,ground mean. its in the same catagory  as poutine.
