Alaska would ofcourse be my second option but i don't think that 1 day alaska would capture the full essence of the place ...

Japan on the north island, Hokkaido is it? I can't remember. Specifically the Black Diamond Lodge. After that, Chile or Argentina. And finally, any north american moutain. I'm not picky. I just wanna get the fuck outta Manitoba already.

Chamonix scares me. sooo many good skiers have died there. Being a backcountry skier with hardly any mountaineering experience, I would be tempted to push my limits.
