Kung fujas

im looking at getting the kung fujas as a mainly park ski, but that i would use in powder a lot too. does anyone know how it handles rail/ park abuse, because i need it to last a long time.

if this isn't a good ski for a lot of park and some powder, what should i be looking at? (line anthems?)

I have both skis, and destroyed my kung fujas in about 3 months. plus the bamboo core loses pop really quickly. anthems are a really good choice but will still suck in pow. dont be cheap and spring for a 2 ski quiver

is there really no decent compromise? and why would the anthems suck in pow i'm not looking for a pontoon or anything here

depending how much you weigh and how much powder you are expecting the anthems will probably work just fine. Although they are by no means powder skis, at 93 underfoot if you aren't too big they should give you enough float to have fun on a day of freshies.

From what I hear Kung Fujas are a solid ski for what you're talking about. I've never ridden them, but i know people that have.

I've skied over 50 days on my prototype Jeronimo's, they still have lots of life and pop... might be something else in the construction wearing out, bamboo has been pretty baller in all of our tests of durability so far.

if you get kung fujas get last years, cus the 2011 ones are the worst skis i have ever felt.... unless you like having cardboard tails...

Kung Fujas is a good go between the aprk and the pow. There is no bamboo in the ski. I'm curious how you say you destroyed them. Collin Collins and Sean Decker ripped on those things all spring and summer on the same pair at Hood and I know they both shred pretty hard.

The all-terrain tip and tail rocker is sick in slush and pow and just buttering around. Pep built and Pep approved. He wouldn't put his name on a ski if it sucks ass like you say.

check out the rossi s3's kinda same idea with tip and tail rocker but a little wider and stiffer than the fujas. i know alot of people that like them and use them for everything. ive been riding the same pair of rossis (sickbirds) for 5 years and they're holdin up great

Destroyed my edges in 6 weeks at keystone/breck. Heaps of cracks and one side is about to rip out
