How to clip poles

Any information on how to clip my poles down or where to go to get it done.... thanks

There are a few threads when you searchbar "cutting poles"  i think i saw a video tutorial somewhere, but i can't find it, and you don't really need it.  The hardest part about cutting poles down is getting the grips off.

stick the grips in hot water
pull the grips off
cut with hacksaw
put the grip back on, then bash them into the ground to make sure they are on nice and tight
