Cycling cross country

last summer i cycled cross country with a friend. i want to it again this summer (hopefully leave sometime in may or by the first week of june at the absolute latest) anyone on this website have the desire to do such a thing with me?

if u want to man, message me, i would love to go again, maybe we can get a few ppl or something, im thinking of going west to east, went east to west last summer and the wind sucks

when i did it last summer with the gf it took us 9 weeks from the virginia coast to san francisco and then another 3 weeks to go down the coast to LA (but we took our time on the cali coast) and yes we took backroads except for in missouri where the sherriff told us to take the highway as it was the only way

My friend and his mom did this a couple years back from east to west. He was 14 or 15 at the time.

good luck, thats some high altitude work. i still think that crossing utah and nevada is way tougher

my mom wants to do this when she retires. id like to drive across the country and hit all the swimming holes along the way. Start in my home town, jump in the atlantic. Drive across the country, jump in the pacific!!! I've never swam in the pacific before. That's a life goal for me.

Yeah well, that's the Nor Cal coast for ya, but inland its like 104 , freezing you ass off at the beach beats 104 any day.
