so my s13 has a huge hole in the toe and i need to know how to fix it

this happend on my dolomite but i fixed with shoegoo.

everytime i untape my stick the glue comes off annyway. soo yea i need to know a way to fix it +k

you're trying to use a stick with a hole in the blade? not gonna get much power behind your shots, even if you do fill it in. get a new blade

its an s13= onepice stick with eliptical design

cant cut it and the hole is in the toe.... not the middle of the blade

you have a hole in the blade?
or you sawed off the blade and there is a big hole?

easton s13= eliptical design meaning that you cant cut it off

i've seen chips in toes filled with JB weld or some other form of tough filling

if you get that on there and then tape all the way over your toe it might stay put, but otherwise it sucks to get a hole in the toe

this is why i'm glad i stopped playing hockey. it's too damn expensive in the first place, and now they're making sticks that can't have the blade replaced.

There are lots of stick fix companies out there but in my experience they always make the blade way  heavier or thicker and just generally unbalanced then what they should be.

either buy a new stick or saw off the blade and flip the shaft over and get a new blade

cut it and put a tapered blade in it. that should fit. just gotta cut it in the right spot. and next time buy a bauer.

i work at a hockey shop
theres no way to fix that..your options have pretty much already been said. either cut the blade of and throw a non tappered blade on or just get a new stick.  some kids just take the toe of the stick but dude...its hockey, its a contact sport, your gonna go thru 4 maybe 5 sticks a season

What he is saying does not have to do with the tapered end of the stick. He is saying to put the blade in where you would hold the stick with your hand. Just flip the stick. You can tape the tapered end up so its more comfortable with your hand

breaking sticks is a part of the game. what your trying is akin to trying to patch a cracked skate runner with epoxy. it can be done but not well.  buy a new one.

easton durability blows hard. broke 4 s17's in a half of a year...but they are the best stick imo. just buy another one/ higher quality one

im using a senior 85 flex
i cut it down and its 95 flex

and captin cruncches idea really isnt that bad of an idea

not true, all depends on how much whip you're getting from your shots, if the stick feels like butter in your hands your shot will flutter and also hull was a beast at one timers but each player is different, im about 165 and I've only used 100 flex sticks for quite some time now

my nikebauer vapor 30 70 flex feels like a floppy dick
my dolomite 75 flex is the complete opposite

2-part epoxy. 

Buy the strongest you can find at your local hardware store (measured in psi resistance).  Mix it up.  Fill in the hole.  /problem.

of all the sticks i used when i played hockey. composite, wooden. one piece. two peice. my favorite stick was the sherwood 5030.cheap and good.

I don't know if this is a national wide company, but check out SRS Hockey stick repair. They might be able to do something! Give them a call, or just shoot them an email. The dude that founded it is my coach pretty sweet dude.

yeah i bought one after a composite broke because i didnt have the money for a 150 dollar stick at the time. and after that i never bought another composite.
