Replying to NS, am I dying? (footnotes:somethingwaslaced?)

I was diagnosed with a bad sinus and ear infection on Wednesday. They put me on amoxicillin and told me I should have no pain by Friday. Instead of getting better, it's gotten much, much worse. It's now Saturday night and I'm getting fucking owned. I get super dizzy when I stand up and my sinuses hurt so bad that it kills to bite down and chew food. It's like my teeth and upper gums are sore too. My ears feel clogged, and there's a subtle, constant ringing. I've got a splitting headache in my sinuses/forehead, along with a bad back ache. Also, strangely enough, it hurts to piss. Not so much a burning, but a very uncomfortable pressure.

Before you say, "Go to the doctor, and don't ask NS medical questions," I fully plan on going on Monday. I'm at an away track meet right now, and won't get back to school till tomorrow night. Also, I have notoriously bad sinuses.

Any ideas?
