Light Park Skis

Yo duders, I've been trying to get some crap park skis recently but decided to buy new skis instead. I've been trying to find a weight comparison of park skis without any luck. Anyone know of some park skis that are super light? I heard the liberty laroses are pretty light...

my surface watchlifes are suuuuuuuuuper light.  way lighter than my friends dumonts or anthems.

Surface nine lives are super light, so are JO Pros. The problem is finding a light DURABLE park ski...which is usually very hard to find.

usually thinner waisted skis tend to be lighter, so check out the troublemaker, or JO Pros

I've had them too, and they are pretty light, but compared to JO Pros or Nine Lives they aren't that light, but they are super durable for sure.

lte. singlehandedly one of the lightest park skis ever and comes complete with a three year warranty. if they came in a 185, id be absolutely in love.

the 2010s and 2011s are softer than all the years before, but they're still pretty stiff. But the 09s and earlier are lighter.

And to the person who said that AR6s are light... yes, they are a SUPER sick park ski (one of my favorites), but they are actually fairly heavy compared to other skis that have been said here. In fact, they're actually one of the heavier parks skis out there right now.

yeah, JO pros are mainly used for massive jumps, so they are stiffer than most

Yea boone skis are light. It is hard to find to find a good light binding though.

i recently aquired a boner for the rocker. How durable is it? My skiing routine consists of skiing glades with very little snow as fast as i can and mostly rails. Would the rocker hold up without getting too mangalated?

Moments are the most durable skis I've come across. No ski is going to hold up to skiing rocks and rails for extended periods though.

Phil Larose Pros or LTEs. So lightweight. I would actually like to see a real comparison of weights from the manufacturer to have a better comparison. According to this thread, pretty much every park ski is "super light".

foamcore isn't really that durable but it's sure light. I know some people who got thru 3-4 pairs in a season.

There is a sidewalled version, little wider and woodcore. Should have better durability but dunno about weight.

buy armada t-halls,theyre soooo light and ive beat the shit out of mine but the bases and edges are still PERFECT i will never buy another park ski as long as i live

yup.  my t-halls are perfect for me.  insanely light, buttery, and still great for big jumps.  the bases are made of steel too.  only complaint is the topsheet chipping but its not hurting the ski at all

ps which year are your t-halls and how bad are your topsheets chipping?

I know I'm gonna sound dumb but when you guys say 9's you're talking about surface nine lives right? I've heard they are pretty stiff for a park ski...any input on that?

deffinetly makin a good choice with the rockers they are sooooooo light like almost to light it doesent really feel like you have anything on your feet
