There's a ton of rails there. Check out Cranbrook, Rochester College, or any other schools in the area, there's bound to be a bunch of rails. Here's a pic of me hitting a rail at cranbrook from like 6 years ago:

yea man just drive around colleges and schools and you will more than likley find one.
