I used white for the 150 odd feet of rails we've got. sometimes new ski's have that effect on it or simply if you don't know or are not comfortable with sliding a rail yet it happens. but i recommend the white stuff ;) haha good luck!
White PVC is the only stuff that holds up. If you are really going to make a good rail/box. Get polyethylene. It's the white stuff they use in parks. Runs decently cheap. Get like either 1/4 inch or 1/5 inch thick and you will do a lot better. Stuff is legit.
