omg just search it.

google a picture resizer or something. or use photoshop and go to image attributes, then image size and change it to 50 by 50 pixels. or use ms paint. its not hard!

Here you go. Just upload a picture and change the size to 50x50.

Can someone make me an icon of this?  I can't upload it even when I get it to the right size.  And wtf does 8k mean?  It keeps saying it can't be bigger than 8k

You have to keep it below the designated Kb limit. If the image you started with is too complicated or dense to be under the limit, the fact that it's 50x50 won't matter.
