^ for the ski/leg shot I used 2 of the helmet straps strapped together cinched around his leg/boot. Would use 1 but the straps aren't long enough to go around a leg, 2 works great and gets it super tight and stable

^ yeah Mammoth is amazing right now - they are adding more features every night to every park. South has like 10 jibs into 6 jumps with another 8 jibs between there, not counting jibs galore. Main park is just pristine with a ton of cool features as well.

As for quality, check this PDF doc I made up documenting my work flow with FCP7, MPEG streamclip, and Cinema Tools - this should give some insight. It's all about getting close shots and bumping the contrast/saturation a bit. I use the 3-color corrector in FCP and sometimes a bit of Magic Bullet Looks - though that tends to degrade the quality a bit.

Funny story - both Chris and Matt (yellow and gray) came to USC after seeing our videos online and here they are shredding with us in Mammoth every weekend. The internet is a powerful tool! I was in Vermont last week and a guy came up to me and said he just applied to USC after seeing our videos as well - super stoked!

Also Chris works for Redbull as the student brand manager for USC hence the 'fake' sticker. And no not everyone is rich and spoiled here, that's why we have the freestyle ski team for the non-rich and non-spoiled, though I guess we are pretty spoiled since we get to ski mammoth every week!

Anyway, we're all just a bunch of kids that love to ski and film
