so this is the deal here. ive been about 5' 9" and 140-145 for the past 3 or 4 years. yeah ive worked out before and often, but i really dont have a work out plan to build muscle properly. im 18 if it helps with anything
my plan is to have a workout plan for the upcoming weeks that i can use cuz i plan on gaining about 10-15 lbs in muscle. i plan on focusing on the upperbody, bi, tri, chest, back, shoulders, lats, all that jazz and you get the point. but my problem is that i do each work out once a week and here and there but i really dont know how to progress and build to make my work outs effective and able to build muscle. so for those of you who actually know what youre doing, im asking for tips or guidelines to reach my goal and continue past my goal. so please if anyone has any insight or references that you think will help out, post them and thanks in advance
