I had to watch the first part like 10 times to figure out what happened. From what I gathered a conversation went by between the black guy and the old dude and somewhere in that conversation the black guy said "why a does a brotha gotta spit shine yo shoes?" The old guy thought he was offering to and asked him how much. The black guy got quite mad, some incoherent yelling happened and the old dude went to the front. The black guy followed and punched the old dude and proceeded to get his shit rocked. He then tried to blame it on the old guy, and hopes to file a lawsuit. When I first heard it I thought he said "get me some m&ms" It turns out he was asking for an ambulance.

The guy had what was coming to him.
