buy gum thats nasty, and chew that for about a month, it takes 21 days to break a habit lol if you keep chewing nasty gum, your gonna start to think gum in general is nasty, taste aversion, if you will

I have cut down from six to four packs a day. I can not stop, it is so addicting, it wastes fo much money, wrappers get everywhere, and sugerfree gum makes for extremly intense farts. I wish i knew how to stop as well but i can't.
