the french skier deserved way higher than 6th place, his landing on second jump might of been a bit sketchy but he was so damn fast,

Congrats for Alex, it's awesome that he won he is an amazing skier. But what a sad state the sport is in when the gold (and silver) medal mens run has a backflip iron cross in it. That's the same trick that the worst girls do. Alex did cork 1080 in torino, he is totally capable of so much more than backflip cross.

Not hating on him at all... he did exactly what was needed to win, but they need to change up their air scoring so that the guys cant get good air scores by simply performing the easiest tricks.

I just have to claim that I was there watching this happen in person!
It was fucking unreal to say the least.

I'm not gonna lie though at the time, I was quite worried that we were gonna be bumped to second and Iwas totally shocked that the guy got 6th. I never really got to see any of these little mistakes he made from my seat in the bleachers and there was too much cheering to hear the announcers.

I've never been the patriotic type but I'm not gonna lie I was pretty proud to be a Canadian when we won!
