Replying to Jiberish

Now before you all get excited, I am not selling or trading my Jiberish but for valentine's day my girlfriend ordered me some Jiberish from abstract mall and they sent me the wrong size. I tried emailing them to see if I could send it back for the correct size but they have failed to respond, I was wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and how they took care of it.
