yea the scorpion thing put the touch on it. way to go announcer.
aside for them using a cannon (hahahahaha), i dont see anything out of the ordinary or obscene. they just killed a cow for some kind of ritual. Bull fighting is the same shit. they put the cow through a lot more brutal shit though. cut his balls off, stab him in the neck with swords till its dead etc

Yep, this is from a British comedy show called 'Brasseye', it's solely outlandish social satire.

The writers got into trouble in 1997 for creating an episode of the show that attempted to show that paedophilia wasn't all that bad (once again, satirically)
