Why is the 1 liter cap bigger than the 2 liter cap. I mean I understand why its bigger than the 20 oz based on the principle the cap gets bigger in proportion to the amount of Dew but then why is the 2 liter cap small? I just don't understand

Because you drink out of the one liter and don't out of the two.
