Look PX 12 Jib WB Binding: Brake Pulled Out

So i have look px 12s on my 09 chronics and i hit a small step down and landed switch doing a small 5 and the brake completely pulled out of the rest of the binding. The plastic is broke so there is no way to put the brake back into the binding.
Just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and if anyone knew where i could get another heelpiece or even if this would be under any kind of warranty.

Im not sure what they will do about Warranty. They probably wont accept it. But that's the problem with plastic bindings. Sorry about the usefulness of this post but good luck!

Is only the brake broken or the whole heelpiece?

rossi warrantied my 120s when the same thing happened. it was within a year of purchase though (i think the warranty is 1 yr).

their 2010 model year bindings now have a 5-year warranty

Go to a shop and see if they'll sell you a used brake for around $15, then use a screwdriver to put it on yourself.

yeah like the brake is kind of attached to the heel piece, and the brake just ripped right out, like i can clearly see where the plastic is broken on the brake and heel piece, i can still click in and ski on the binding and ski fine, it's just if the ski pops off then it ghost rides the whole way down the mountain
