any tips about spinning on rails?

ok i'll clarify

so spinning on a box such as a switch-up on things such as boxes and rails

or 270+ on a rail or box

are these two things harder than they look or easier?

and are there any tips for doing them?

switch ups: grip and spin.. spinning on: spin and make sure you stay in control.. land on box with balance
