Would it keep kids out of forum that they don't know how things work? i.e. Reposting and other things that n00bs are clueless about?

well, i don't really know who's a new member, but i would assume that it could be a good idea to have a place for them to come to better understand the site and how it works, and to introduce themselves, and idealy reduce people being complete arse holes. it could also work in making this a tighter community. but anyways, it was just an idea.
