Emotionally Stimulating Dreams

last night I had a dream where Lori Petty circa 1991 was my Mother and we were at a funeral where my "dream" brother died and I remember thinking how this life even though my "dream" brother just died is actually better then my current life. I know from that brief description right there it sounds lame but there was alot else I can't remember now but I remember feeling love for the family in the dream when I haven't felt love for anyone including my current family in years.

anyone have dreams that have made you feeling certain emotions you might have forgotten?

I had a dream when I was on vacation that I got into a car wreck with my sister and mom in the car because of something stupid I did.  My sister got hurt really badly and my mom died. Most realistic dream I've ever had, I called 911 and did CPR until the ambulance got there and they pronounced my mom dead then took my sister away. When they left I just sat there next to the car crying and thinking about how it was all my fault.

Right before going to bed, I watched Dirty Jobs and Mike was castrating sheep. I dreamed that me, Mike Rowe and some freinds were hanging out, drinking beer and playing with a slip-n-slide. But this wasn't any slip and slide, it was covered in sheep testicles and goo. And we were just slip-n-sliding through it. I woke up and yelled "DAAA FUCKKK?"  Yeah...

I had a dream that i was the king of a species of miniature golden people (like the guy on the oscar trophy). they taught me how to ski in the sand and how to cast spells on items to turn them into flowers and weed.

my dreams are always way too normal and realistic. whenever i go to sleep while high i have stress dreams about extremely trivial events that i would not even care about in real life

I had a dream where I was watching thousands of people get butchered by machines then turned into like a pulp and made into a gigantic human/machine hybrid a la Mass Effect 2. Probably one of the most horrifying things I've ever seen.

if someone could actually read this and interpret it for me, i will give you karma.

i had a dream a while back (about a month or so). The dream was basically me going through a war torn warehouse and fighting/killing people. but this all lead up to me walking down a dark corridor with no doors. just a long ass hallway. at the end, there was a quadriplegic sitting on top of a pile of green leaves (not pot leaves, normal looking leaves). He starts moaning in agony and screaming until out of no where, the pile along with him lights on fire. i stand there watching as he burns to death, the whole time he was screaming. i wake up in tears, with no idea why.

for fucks sake someone interpret this shit. i want a legit answer.

Dream:

I was with this girl and we were about to watch a movie that was being shown on a projector.  There were hundreds of people watching and they handed out these little pamphlets and the girl I was with didn't get one.  They were about to start the movie and everyone got silent and I stood up and in front of everyone I was like "Yea we need an extra pamphlet here."  I sat down and just felt the most amazing surge of happiness I've ever felt.  It was like I just won the olympics.  Then people started congratulating me.

Real Life:

About a week after I had the dream, I was at a party with about 40-50 people in a room.  My friend and I were sitting on a coach in the middle of the room joking around about quieting everyone down.  We start going 'shhh' and eventually a few other people start doing it and soon the whole room is dead silent and looking around waiting for someone to talk.  I felt like something take over and I stood up on the couch and said something along the lines of "Hey I just want to thank daniella for having everyone over.  Thank you for coming and let's make this a great night and have a ton of fun."  People were like 'yeeeeaaa' and raising their drinks and shit.  A bunch of people congratulated me after, but I felt like it was not really a big deal.

I haven't made the connection between these two events until I wrote this post.  Someone interpret this shit

I had a dream I was hitting on hayden panetierre underwater. She could breath but I couldn't so I had to keep jumping up for air cause my hands were tied like in Navy Seals drown-proofing. It was so weird and I actually woke up out of breath. She turned me down though which sucked

one time i had a dream I was with George Washington, that's right, the man himself, and we were fighting a battle outside my elementary school. Good times. I'd like to think dreams bring out pure raw emotions. Nostalgia is great where u wake up and don't know where u are for a sec., but as Jake Sully said, Sooner or later though, you always have to wake up Sooner or later though, you always have to wake up.

a few years ago i had a dream that the girl i had been dating for a year broke up with me because i liked skiing too much and it took up all of my time, then in my dream about 5 min after we broke up i saw her with another guy, but i couldnt make out what his face looked like. and she basically just said hey i dont care about you anymore i have a new boyfriend.. that was the saddest dream i have ever had and i woke up almost in tears and couldnt stop thinking about it for the next couple weeks.



then, about 3 and a half weeks later, my girlfriend broke up with me for going to a rail jam instead of homecoming with her. and within about a week she had a new boyfriend who i hadnt ever seen around before, and said she had no feeling for me at all anymore and really liked the guy she was with.


so basically what happened in my dream turned into reality almost down to every exact detail. aside from that being the most depressing year of my life, i dont really know what to think about that whole dream because it was pretty much exactly what happened in real life a few weeks later.

i really wish i had a book that interpreted dreams, just for this one i had a few days back:

For some reason, I was in some shit hole, war torn country that seemed to be in eastern europe. It seemed like something out of a tom clancy game. I was there with my girlfriend and my mom, and we were constantly being chased around by a murdering monster that looked almost identical to the sand monsters in the old school beetlejuice. for the vast majority of the dream, we were chased around by that bad boy, always narrowly avoing death. but the end of the dream is where it got weird.

We somehow found out way into the mall there, (like a place like that has a mall right? i know.) and we run into my girlfriends most recent ex. I see him, and rage. I hate this douche bag in real life so much, its preposterous. but in the dream, i just start pummeling him. he's on the ground below me, bleeding like he just took a belt sander to the face. But what made this dream weird was his reaction. He didn't fight back. He just stared at me. the creepiest stare ever. like no matter what i did, i wouldn't be able to change anything. the look on his face is still stuck in my memory like it happened a second ago.

well i was once a filmer for a mounaineer-group that wanted to climb the northface of matterhorn (not necessary to say that it didnt looked in any way as the actual thing). but the thing is, the whole face was flewn with a balloon to the canadian pacific shore and hovered over the water. than, as we would climb up, the balloon would go down, causing the face to go down into the water and keeping us in bouldering height all the time (pretty intelligent, huh?).

so because the thread was about emotional thing: when we were pretty much at the top (with easily 1700 m of the face being below the water surface) i stood on a small nose. one of the other guys (not belaid or anything) stepped to the edge of the nose and looked down. i remember scratching the wall behind me in fear of falling down as the whole face tumbled in the water like a ship in a storm (even though the water was on our niveau, so there was nothing to be worried).

than the whole thing "flipped over" leaving us in the middle of nothing. well i found out, after 1 minute of swimming that the shore was maybe 100 metres away and we all survived.

but that vertigo was so real. i remember it until now, that was more real than in reality
