Cleaning the inside of lenses

So, I have crowbars and i know pretty much how to maintain them and cleaning, but one thing i am not sure of is the inside of the lens. i know not to wipe it when it is wet because it takes away the anti fog properties, and to wipe it lightly when it is dry. But the problem is that then lens is very dirty on the inside and im not sure how to go about properly cleaning it without damaging the lens. Any help? Anyone know of any methods?
thanks

All of these rules about what to wipe when and to wipe front to back or side to side or whatever the fuck are rendered null and void by getting a pair of Anons from 3+ years back (the new ones are prolly good too, just haven't tried them). I got my Anons six years ago for $30. At the time I didn't know it was a bad idea to wipe the inside so I did it at least once a day. Now, I have NEVER reapplied anti-fog to these things, and SIX YEARS LATER the ONLY time they EVER fog is if I'm wearing a neck warmer and my breath goes up inside of them, and if I pull down the neckwarmer for a second they're fine. Buy Anon. Never worry about anti-fog bullshit again. They own your mom.

but i dont have fogging problems
maybe you didnt read or i didnt make it clear enough but im trying to clean the inside of my lenses without ruining the anti fog properties, because there is stuff stuck on the inside of my lens which i can not get off with just wiping normally so i was asking is anyone had any methods or like a glasses cleaner might work, that type of thing.
