and from longboarding,

compound fracture ulna, radius and a two metacarpals. all in one injury, i could see my bone sticking out of my skin.

Concussion

Tib and fib fractures at once

fractured the growth plate on my right hand, broke all of my fingers on my left hand in at least one place. good thing it was summer

Subluxed or dislocated my shoulder 2 weeks ago, apparently I'm looking at another 3 weeks before I can really shred again. There will be LOTS of mellow rails in my near future.

Heal up everyone, take those recoveries seriously so you don't do it again.

i have x rays taht you can't really tell it on... but i seperated my shoulder at the AC joint and sprained the SC

and when i did it, i actually rotated my clavicle
now the joints are healing, and my clavicle is actually backwards, i may just have to live with it like that for life now

its really really shitty. that and i did a rotator cuff tear and some soft tissue damage in the same fall
