Special Ops

I can't beat the one with all the juggernauts and only explosives on veteran.  That's the only one that I haven't figured out how to beat.  There are two others I still need to beat on veteran, but I know I can do it.  This one I don't really know if I even can beat it.

you can do solo on veteran?^ thats crazy

No, not for all of them.  A good majority of them I can, but the later ones with the juggernauts I can't.  Usually I do special ops with a friend though.

my friend and I got 67 out of 69 stars the only one we still haven't beaten on veteran is "snatch and grab" its such a bitch. 

To beat the explosive one with the 10 juggernauts run all the way to the back right corner of the map at the beginning.  There's a stairway in the back right, with a small alley behind it.  draw the juggernauts up toward you and stand in the alley.  peek around the corner at the top of the stairs and when you see a juggernaut coming hit them with as many rpg shots as you can.  then when they get on the stairs, just thumper the FUCK out of the opposite wall as they're walking up and the explosions will kill them.  setting some C4 on the stairs and a claymore at the top is a really good idea too.  when you run low on ammo there's a crate pretty close to refill.  Its possible to beat it without doing this but its incredibly hard.  It still isn't easy to do it this way.  It took us a long time.

I keep trying to do that one with my brother, we've done all the others on veteran but this one. I saw a video that said to keep running around so you don't get cornered. I always put like 10 claymores in one spot so they die if they go there, set the explosive barrels to blow with c4 and put the rest of the c4 in one spot, As you run, you lure them into your traps. A head shot with the thumper kills in one shot if it blows up, so you can't be too close to them.

c4s and claymores hardly affect juggs, your better off focusing on your flashing and always having ammo
