I've contributed the fact that not all these little fucks are political geniuses like they think. Half of them couldn't even be a CLASS President. I'm sorry it aggravates me when I see endless streams of fetid SHIT being spewed from the mouths of almost everyone in NSG. I am in no way claiming to know everything. I'll be the first one to say when I'm wrong and don't know something, but trust me on this. I have been lurking on this site for many years now.

I think the point of the joke is that he takes teleprompters everywhere that he should make a visor like that so the teleprompter is more portable. Instead of being "OMFG!!!! GEORDI IS BLACK AND SO IS OBAMA THIS PICTURE IS RACIST!!!!" No, THIS picture is racist:

It's unbelievable how idiots like you take a picture without the context. Try reading the post. It's a jab at Obama and his teleprompters...I thought it was obvious. It's taking a dig at Obama's reliance on the teleprompters. Ever heard of the TOTUS? Teleprompter of The United States? How about the Teleprompter in Chief? It's a fucking joke buddy, just like all of the Dick Cheney puppet master jokes. Get over it. And it's not over my head. I have a very keen interest in politics and understand the issues facing the country. Now, you may not agree with my take on these issues, but that's your deal. It doesn't mean I'm some dumbass who trolls google for pics to make fun of Obama without knowing why I don't like him. Trust me, I'm very aware of my reasons for not liking him, and I'll clue you in: They aren't racially motivated.

What does Geordi's eye thing have to do with a teleprompter? Isn't it basically a futuristic version of glasses? The context is nonsense. Had one or the other not been black, that picture would not have been made. It's not an offensive picture (notice how you're not banned), it's not like you're donning a KKK hood, but it has obvious racial undertones; the colour of the man's skin is the reason that "joke" (and I use the term loosely) was made in the first place. There is nothing remotely clever about it, it's just a "Obama's black and Geordi's black" connection. The fact that that blatant connotation slips right past your notice even as you're putting it front and centre is just really, really sad.

I usually agree with you but I personally didn't make the racial connection. I don't see how it makes fun of him using a teleprompter either. In the show it simply allows him to see because he was born blind, it also gives him the ability to use the technology to see uv light, gases etc. So you both are crazy.

just thinking about sarah palin being president makes me want to jump off the Brooklyn bridge or prepare for something of the equivalent of a zombie apocalypse.

i really hope she doesnt run because i can foresee the doomsday situation of her winning. we might as well flush our country down the toliet.

I dont see the monkey in Obama, I see it a lot more in Michelle. But Bush was the winner by far.

The real tragedy in all of this is I spent a good 6 years creating a perfect Bush impression and now it is obsolete.

Actually I do. I was watching a StrikeForce fight event two weeks ago and there was this Black guy that is MASSIVE and incredibly ripped and someone said he looked like a "steroid monkey" which is a term used for steroid users. He caught so much shit for it.

Ultimately it is me being a bitch cause it seems like there is all this you have to be PC for black people but everyone it is ok to make fun of however you please.
