Hey there NS, have some deals to pass on to you guys from my shop.

It depends on if you are selling the dumb hoodrat shit or actual legit ski equipment. Flamed for the former, well accepted for the latter.


And single is very legit guys, no need to worry.

omIV, I dont know what world you're on that the lord is rockered. It might have a big tip, but it is nothing close to an actual rockered ski.

Tons of guys are out there skiing ice on alpha 2's.

It is a slight rocker, but I demoed these skis in whistler and I am telling you for a fact that:
a) they are rockered
b) they suck
c) they are rockered

I don't know what kind of ski merchant you think you are, but you are wrong.

I realize they market it as having rocker, but that is only for marketing, after all marketing is in.

If you actually put the skis size by side to look at the camber, you wont see an actual rocker profile like the shogun/czar have. It is the same thing as calling this years s6 a rockered ski, which rossignol does.

But whatever man, have fun skiing ice.

I skied the Shogun the same day that I skied the Lord.  Equally shitty ski.  Cap construction doesn't hold; up in carving.  There's a reason that Salomon makes crappy race skis.  The El Ray has the same issue.  Who wants a piece of foam?  Its like skiing on a pool-noodle.

The El Ray and the Lord are also NOT park skis.  Armada markets the El Ray as a price-point all mountain ski.  Salomon touts the Lord as a part-time park-ski.  That's like saying the ARV is a park ski; obviously its not.

Your final jibe was immature and irrelevant.  I do have fun skiing ice every day because I love all skiing and because I have the correct tools to go about doing it.  A stiff, well-constructed ski slices through boilerplate; I'd like to see you try to match me on your floppy, damp boards.  I doubt you ever see real ice at Bridger Bowl; you probably think anything harder than packed-powder is unskiable.  Skiing in America has its roots in the East, and the best skiers still come from here.

Haha, obviously you have never skied in montana. It gets very icy, and I mean you can climb up the ice, not just ski down it. Its damn icy.

And... by best "skiers" do you mean best ice racers? Who are you talking about? Racing is not "the" skiing discipline. Fun as hell to carve a nice turn, but its not all there is to skiing. Skiing in America started in the Pacific Northwest. And it was invented in Norway. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the East Coast is just a place where people grow up skiing small ice covered hills. Hell, Nordic, Telemark and Randonee is way more "roots" than East coast ice.
