The same sort of landing leaning too far forward thing would always happen to me when i would do rodeo 5s when i was just learning them, but as soon as i started to hit my rodeo 7s it started to come out cleaner.
basically what i figured out or what helped me a lot is to try and seperate the flip and spin as much as you can, so that you can kind of shifty the 180 in. this helps a lot with not overrotating (bec i saw someone above me say that) and with spotting your landing earlier and in a more chill way so taht you can just bring it around to switch and stomp.
oh and bigger jumps help a lot because you have a lot more time
