Weed Legal in Breckenridge?

I just figured out that last novemeber weed was legalized in Breck for people 21 and older.

This is awesome. So is dealing weed legal too? Do they have Cannibas shops or something?

I don't get how this works. So dealing drugs is illegal but posession is not?

Could anyone explain this to me? Im so stoked.

Pretty sure it is labeled as "decriminalized" not legal. I understood that they were different.

okay okay pssshobvious most of us have read that weed laws have changed in breck.


but can anyone first hand report how chillax the area is now? what can you do and not do?




pipe dream moment - think of the tourism squaw or breck could have if they had a smoke shop on-mountain, but away from the bars and spots where kids might be brought. but a shop to smoke up, and buy nugs.

Alright heres the deal. Its not llegal in the sense that you can go around blazing where ever you want. Cops can still bust you because its illegal according to federal law but county law has it legal so its basically up to their discretion. It is pretty "chill" though cause people up there dont give a fuck if your smoking. This weekend I was smoking in the parking lot at keystone and this random guy walks up to my window which at first sketched me out but then he asked me to match ha... He ended up just smoking me up..Everyone and there mom has there med liscense's though so i guess that makes it chill. A couple of weeks ago i drove up from denver and didnt have any bud so I walked up to some boarders in the parking lot ha cause they looked like they blazed and asked them if they could hook a sack. Of course they just got back from the dispensary so they sold me two bowls for five bucks of some dank.

Denver is also getting pretty legit though, they say there are more dispensary's than liquor stores which is crazy. Im going to get my card this summer because of my back (will forever be broken) so it qualifys me.

Decriminalized, Google, search bar, doesn't change anything since it doesn't overrule federal laws, you can't smoke in public so who cares, etc. etc. you are a moron.
