very simply actually. when you over exaggerate something, it is when you stated that there were far more of something than there actually were. As in; "Bro, there were like a million people at that party."

When you under exaggerate something, you stated that there were far fewer/less of something than there actually were, as in; "Those thingsare tiny, look like she got bit by a mosquito."

Hope I could clear that up for you.

now my whole school decided to start saying steezy, and its soo annoying now. it all started when some kid in my 4th hour was like yo, i just learned the coolest new word ever, its called steezy. its a combination of style and easy. i facepalmed pretty hard when he said it was a new word.
