First Drop hoodie... Not stoked on quality

Not hating, I know they're a new company and they've got some shit to figure out.. but this is ridiculous.

I washed the hoodie 1 time in cold water and hang dried. now my red and white hoodie is a red and pink hoodie. I'm fairly disappointed because of how long I waited for the thing to show up and now it's basically trashed. And you can say "whatever man, I'd still wear it" but I'm bummed.

Anyone else have this happen? I'm bummin. I tried to whiten it back up but it just bled more.

If anyone wants to exchange their current hoodies for any reason, we would be happy to pay for shipping both ways, and send you a new size/color when the new ones come in.

Just email bill.shrum@gmail.com with the name/email the order was placed under and he will email you a free return waybill you can stick on the box. Just put a note in with it saying what you want to exchange it for.

With the hoodies, it doesn't matter if you've worn it or washed it, or destroyed it. Just send it back for a brand new one of any size/color!

havnt washed mine because i was afraid of that, when it gets a stain i use a tide stain remover stick thing, and when it gets smelly, febreeze

I got a purple one coming soon, and I read your post and i was like awww damn, but then I read first drops post and I have faith. I would imagine that wont be as much of a problem with the darker colors though. 

I am under the impression that the old hoodies are made by a new company (hence the wait time for them to be shipped?) Am I correct in that assumption, or is the same company just taking a while to make more?

First drop is definetly legit! I ordered a jacket, t-shirt and my friend ordered pants together with my order and it arrived here 7 days after it was shipped wich is fast as I live in Norway! The jacket is really nice and comfortable and the t-shirt is definetly one of the better shirts I have had and a lot taller than expected! Way to go FD! I will definetly be a future customer!

David was also very quick to respond to my questions and really good customer service.

worrying about first drop, all of the people i have met with first drop(which is just three but still) wore it for like 15 days of skiing and seams were ripping, when they asked about the warrant they got the reply to sew it up.  now hoodie problems, starting to see a patteren.

What? clothes that have never been washed before bled? all clothes do that, you have to know how to wash them, and apparently First Drop is just gonna hook u up with a new one, because they are badass.
