sounds serious. I would just kick back for a couple weeks, then start slaying when you feel better.
there ya go ;)
Last April, after 2 years of 100s of dislocations, I had a Bankart repair done arthroscopically. It was terrible, definitely the most intense pain I have ever felt. I stayed in my sling for 10 weeks, then waited until October before starting to do any sort of activity that could jepordize the integrity of my new shoulder. Everything was going well, I was slaying physio and had even fallen with my arm outstretched, but the shoulder held up perfectly. Then came December 31st 2009, I was cruising through some trees, fell into an unmarked mine shaft, and popped the fucker out again, back to square one. I now have to ski in a sling, which isn't really slowing me down, but sucks if I'm skiing super tight trees or hiking or anything. My surgeon says that I'm fucked for life and will have to get a shoulder replacement when I'm 25-30.
I'm just thankful to not be dead at the bottom of a mine shaft, be paralysed, or have a leg/knee injury to prevent me from skiing.
