Yes my pair of $50 Look Nova 10's broke yesterday, suprise suprise. I just popped a little 180 but landed on ice and slipped out, go to get my ski and notice that the piece of the binding holding down the right arm of the break snapped off, which im pretty sure cannot be fixed.
Anyways, i would not like to get into the habit of constantly replacing bindings, what are some durable bindings that will last me.
-Im 5'5" ( still growing, im 16)
-135lbs ( again, still growing. ill probably put on 10 or more pounds by summer, ive been working out alot)
- im not throwing any massive cork 9's or 7's or 5's or anything outragous in the park, im a fairly average park skier ( 270's, 3's, 5's, working on 7's etc),Im agressive in the fact that i charge and like to go fast.( id still say type III)
-I live in the east so pretty icey, i ski majority park, sometimes charge on groomers ( anywhere from squares to double blacks) and go into the glades when i have a chance.
thats my info, recomend some good durable bindings that wont break the bank, im short on cash and would like to spend as little as possible
