My rampages are heavy?!

I just recently got a pair of 28.5 dalbello krypton rampages. They are the 08/09 model and they seem super heavy compared to my old boots. (they were some salomon all mountain type boots 27.5) is it just that park boots or the size change is what's making them heavier? but they're like waaaaay heavier then my friends full tilts?!

looks like you should have gotten full tilts. I heard next years have new technology that uses helium instead of the normal plastic molded shell.
