yes EXACTLY like that do you know how to make them

either they took a sweater and sewed a stripe that they cut and sewed, or they took a sweater blueprint which you can buy from fabric store and constructed the sweater in 3 parts. a store probably wont sell the outline for a big hoodie, so you would have to trace it out larger yourself. to me the easiest way is to buy a tall plain hoodie and add it.

Okay this is how i made mine

1. Buy two hoodies the same size (most important step, because if they are not the same size your going to have a hell of a time lining up the seams)

2. cut whichever hoodie you want to be the outer colors in half (right above the pocket, leave enough room to make a seam ect...)

3. take the other hoodie, remove the pocket and cut a rectangular stripe out of it (make sure your careful with your measuring), figure out how tall you want the hoodie to be also and cut the stripe accordingly.

4. now its time to sue it all together, make sure you line your seams up properly, get your mom to show you her suing machine and how it works (if you do not have one, try to find somebody who does, its going to be a pain in the ass to do by hand). if you want to sue it with reverse seams (inside out so you can't see the seam) or just straight up it really doesn't matter, from here on out its up to you to make it work.

i made one for $10 bought a $5 white hood and $5 piece of fabric.  cut hoodie in half and sew in stripe.  its really easy.

Just bought plain crews up to size 2xl for $3 and plain hoodies up to 4xl for $7 at K Mart.
