Ever find that one song every once in awhile that gives you goose bumps and a time to contemplate about life? I was just pandora'ing "one day" by Matisyahu(another SICK song) and found this
your an idiot the last thing you said was "tell me what you think" and i didnt really like it so i said personlly it wasnt that good. so if you dont want people to say they dont like it dont ask for their opinion.
Sorry matiyahu sucks. I saw him in 05 before he was big and again in 07 i think. Wasn;t that bad, could have gotten a lot better. Than It just got worse. Then that song came out, and makes me change the radio every time.
How about the grateful dead? Maybe pink floyd like shine on. Idk some stuff that's a hell of a lot better than matiyahu
I have been on a crazy Neil Young binge for about a month now. Best song IMO is My, My, Hey, Hey (Out of the Blue), the acoustic version on Rust Never Sleeps.
And while this might seem a bit strange putting next to some Neil Young manlove, Kid Cudi - Heaven at Night always does it for me as well...probably the most beautiful rap song I've ever heard, but if anyone wants to disagree free feel to do so.
Next, one of the best songs I've heard in the last few years, Bear by The Antlers ('nuff said).I think everyone should give this song a listen. For real.
And on the discussion of Dylan, my favourite song by him has to be Rainy Day Women #12 & 35...now don't think I don't appreciate his more "serious" (for a lack of a better word) songs, because I sure as hell do haha. Other favourites include They Times They Are-A-Changing and Shelter From The Storm.
I'm mad at myself for forgetting to mention this one haha.
Some other ones came to mind after thinking about it for a bit: the entire Dark Side of the Moon album, For No One by The Beatles, The Weight by The Band, Ultra Violence and Beethoven by Baby Monster, and Space Oddity by David Bowie.
