Dismounting Bindings

Do you need a special tool? or and electric screwdriver? I tried a regular philips head and the screws didnt budge...

Its probably the epoxy thats making it hard to get out. Get a #3 pozi drive screwdriver and heat the screwdriver up with something hot like a camping stove, blowtorch, or if you have a propane stove you can use that and then transfer the screwdriver to the screw heads and that should do the trick.
