Help me out here - Backpacks for the homeless

I have worked diligently alongside my cousin to organize a program that distributes backpacks filled with basic necessities - toothpaste, first aid supplies, blankets, etc. - to homeless people in eastern Washington state, where summers are hot and the winters are cold. We have finally built enough steam be ranked 34th out of 1000 ideas to receive a 25,000 dollar grant from Pepsi - But only the top 10 ideas receive funding. All we need your help doing is a simple vote in order to help our dream come true. Regarding western washington - The reason we selected eastern washington is because 1. We live here and 2. Though there are more homeless people on the western side of the state, Per Capita there are many more on the east side of the state and 3. the seasons are much, much harsher here than on the west side.
