Bad circulation

so recently whenever i go skiing no matter the temperature..my hands and feet FREEZE! does anyone have any advice?

hand warmers.

i dunno what to tell you on your feet, the shiity boots im in now are warm, the race boots i had, and the race boots i just put money on are chilly.

i assume you have mitts? dont try to warm up your fingers if there cold because it wont work, just go inside for like 10 min.

I have the same problem, I got Intuition liners for my boots and they helped a bit. I still get cold toes on suuuper cold days but it's not nearly as bad as it was. As for my hands, I wear mittens, duh.. and I take the toe warmers (the ones that are flat and have one sticky side) and I stick them on the insides of my wrists. It reallllly helps! Good luck! :)

thanks for the advice! ive just gotten used to the cold but if theres a way to prevent it i definitely want to know!

well as a male i typically reach into my pants and fondle my nuts to warm my hands up, ive got plenty of nuts for you to warm your hands up on.
