i was in a slump for about 3 years
i thought i had hit the plateau of suck
but i broke out of it this year

It happens all the time... Everyone has bad days, sometimes bad days continue. Just keep working at it, focus on tricks you can land a lot and try and make them super styley (that's what I do when I'm having a bad day, I just take really easy tricks and style them out) and eventually you'll start to throw better and better tricks, and you'll have super styley tricks too.

Last weekend I got my ass kicked by every feature for some reason, destroyed my knee and hip and fell on my head when I wasn't wearing a helmet. I hate slumpzz

I was in one for the first half of the year. I took a break from rails and jumps and hung with some friends around the hill, next week stomping everything.

I honestly think it depends on how your day starts.

If you land the first few tricks, your stoke is high, and it keeps you stomping all day long, and spurs you on to throw down harder. And you just ignore/ laugh off falls

But if you fall on the first few features, or can't stick landings, you get pissed off, unstoked, and spend the day in a bad mood, which is not a good mood to ski in.

Which is why I always try and put down a few easy tricks first of all, just to get my stoke up, then start throwing down.

yeah dude, some days I just straight up run shit and some days i get my ass beat. For some reason, the days that i run shit are usually always at Breck, and the days that i get my ass beat are at Keystone.

i was in a park slump last year. im not a huge park guy but i can hold my own. 2 years ago i was at my best. and for some reason last year i completely fell off and became unmotivated. this year i forced myself to get back into it and started to get over the hump early on.
it happens to everyone.

Come to think of it,  My whole skiing experience has felt like 1 giant slump, and yet for some reason I go out there and break myself

you just gotta try to think about what you're doing wrong whether it be in the air or rails. once you realize what it might be try to fix it, and once you do, you usually end up better then you began before your slump anyway. good luck though man
