Any tips on how to do handplans on like a hip, and how to make them look good?

try to throw a cork 180 low on the lip, so that as your getting above the lip you duck down your shoulder and toss your hand down onto the lip. from there you can fully plant and extend a little more. I'm not amazing at explaining it, but if you do corks, you'll see how a handplant would be possible with a low, slow air.
