Cleaning your INSIDE goggle lens?

I've heard various opinions on proper cleaning procedures for goggle lens's. I have an Oakley Grey Polarized lens. When cleaning the outside I always use the Oakley storage lens, and that works great, plus that's what Oakley recommends. The real question I have is how to clean the inside of your lens. I've heard that if you don't clean it properly, you ruin the anti-fog film that's coating the inside lens, which I believe has happened to me with past pairs. I have some marks and smudges from dirty snow, water, and dust coating the inside of my lens. How do I properly clean that off without ruining the goggles?

spray it with some sort of lens or glasses cleaner then dab VERY lightly with your softcase.

Water and flip your goggle bag inside out don't use the outside of the bag.

Be very carefull about how you clean them beacause most goggles have an anti fog layer that will come off and become hazy if you rub hard enough, i almost screwed over my crobars using a paper towel, so id recomend using ONLY water and a very fine towel or rag

what ever you do, do not rub the inside of the lense. dab it dry with a fine cloth and let it air dry. don't touch the inside lens with your fingers either.
when you wipe the outside lense, make sure you use the inside of the lens bag as the outside is used to protect the goggles so it has dirt on it.

Dont use water, it will take the antifog coating right off. Never wipe your inside lens when it is wet.

i know exactly how you feel. i have the same lense and didnt want to touch the inside for fear of scratching it. Eventually you are gunna have to clean it and i just waited till its all dry, take it out of the frames and breath on them and carefully clean them with the inside of the bag. Its been working good for me so far.

I didn't want to make an new thread for no reason, but how do you do this? I have lots of dandrif and flakey skin (acne probs) and it gets stuck to the inside of my lenses. My theory right now is that I could use an air compressor since no contact would be made with the goggles. I also feel like that may not be enough to do it. I have 2 pairs of $125 goggles and I don't want to have to order new lenses.
