I searched around and couldnt find anything more then a few minor tips on how to improve your ability to ski off the hill. Some of which were with a trampoline and just practicing flips, spins grabs etc. Also balance techniques on a balance board. I made a balance board out of an old deck and a 2 liter coke bottle filled with water, and i have been doing that.Im not sure if it helps that much, but its pretty fun to do.
so i was wondering if anyone could tell me some threads (post the links) cause i couldnt find much on ns or tgr. Also what things have you done to improve your balance, or your skiing ability off the hill. What did you use, techniques, etc.? post some pictures, or how to make whatever you used. Because i want to improve my park skiing as much as possible off the hill in the summer, besides using my summer setup.
