kind of jump straight out off the lip of the jump and stare at the knuckle. Stay stretched out and keep staring at the knuckle. You'll instinctively know when to tuck up, but usually it's when you are about halfway to the knuckle. When that time comes, pull your hands in to your knees and tuck your chin down so you are in a little ball. It will flip you right around. Put your feet down and ride away from it.

Is 25 feet a big enough jump to have the air time to get a superman in there?

yeah. it won't be huge but you can still lay them out a little

Ask Simon Dumont, his superman fronts are so good they beat dub 12s.

another idea might be to do a two footed takeoff rather than the kick. I have found that this gives me much more control. And the same as others have said.

I just learned these a few weeks ago. They are super easy and really instinctual like everyone has said, but honestly its one of the scariest tricks for me as well so make sure your head is right and you can get fully committed before you drop in. Sooooo damn fun just diving headfirst off a jump! GOOD LUCK!

really you need a huge jump anything under 40 ft is going to be hard to superman.

i saw a kid do one off a 15 foot stepover without much pop on saturday.. i think 40 is a little more than he needs.
All times are Eastern (-5)
