New boots much?

 my mondo is 29.5 and i have a pretty wide foot. im riding like some 06 race boots that i bought new cause they were cheap. im getting a new pair over summer(when cheapest). I want them to be brand new and i have 350 to spend so i know they most likely will be 09 not 10's. Just let me know what type of boots i should get and and good sites to buy from. But i have a wide foot so keep that in mind.
