GO TO A FUCKING BOOTFITTER AND ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED. EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE WORST BOOT, AND IT FITS YOUR FOOT THEN IT WILL BE WAY BETTER THAN MISFITTING FULLTILTS

yea the boots take a while to break in but after around a week its almost impossible to get shinbang in them

except that if you just get whatever boot you want in the proper size and get it molded then you will be fine. i hate people that think that certain boots only fit certain people. loot at the ft team of previous years when all the boots were skinny. they didnt all have skinny feet....they got em fitted and all seem to work out for them

Heat mold is really expensive to do around me. so that is probably one reason why a lot of people don't do it. But maybe its only expensive around where I live.

unless you're fucking around with the shell, custom molding a liner doesn't mean anyone can use it dummy.
if the boot has a 98mm last, but i have a fat foot, then i wont be able to use the boot.

CERTAIN BOOTS DO FIT CERTAIN PEOPLE DUMBASSSSSSSSSSSS

but you can keep telling yourself that as you ski down the hill with your fat ass foot in a 98mm last.

most of the poeple that pick boots cuz they are "cool" dont get them in the right size and dont get them molded by somebody that know what they are doing. so yes to a certain extent you can chose wht boot you want. it may nt be the absolute best but any good bootfitter can make it prettty good

FULL TILTS DONT SUCK

i have two pairs of hot doggers and one pair of booters and they do not suck! my foot is wide and i didnt get them molded and they hurt like a BITCH when i ski, but they look cool and i like to roll up my pant legs so everyone can see them. they really help when i slide boxes or do 180 rotators.

Have you ever been to a professional boot fitter?... I did not think so.  You can make adjustments to the shell and liner to make boots work for different feet but there are defiantly certain boots that work best for certain feet. Even with said adjustments you would be better off using a different company's boots that better fit your feet then "cool boots" that do not properly fit your feet. I know I could personally never use Salomon boots.  The best advice I can give to anyone serious about skiing is save up go to a professional well reviewed boot fitter and have them help you pick out boots and get custom orthotics/soles for your boots.  It costs more money but now that I have orthotics I could not imagine ever having ski boots without them.

certain boots fit certain people!
every pro team goes to bootfitters that spend huge amounts of time fitting them. if the boot doesn't fit them specifically, THEY MAKE IT FIT. a good bootfitter can make any boot fit but won't because of the time involved. when it comes to fitting sponsored athletes they will take the time because they are getting paid by the companies to do it. for the average person they won't because it's time consuming and pointless because someone wants to look cool.

When I first skied in my hot doggers I would have agreed with you. They fit great in the shop but on the mountain I was have pressure point problems and I managed to get toe jam on both of my toes. I found a very simple but extremely effective, not to mention weird, solution to this.
Take of the cable covers, I feel being able to put on each buckle by themselves shouldn't make a difference but does. It also helps aligning the cables to their respective slots.
The results were phenomenal, After I took them off I finally realized why people love full tilts so much, they simply are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. For the first time I ever I have the option to ski in ankle socks and still be just as comfortable. They're amazing, try taking off the cable covers and see if it makes it easier for you.

Might be true, but i had a normal ski boot and always got shinbanged and after a while it even start huring off the hill so i got tired of it and bought salomons spk pro and woops shinbanged all gone (nothing even they first day). Maybe they helped me to land better or they boots stopped the pain.
